Unlocking Advanced Settings for Lenovo B51-80

Hi, I need to unlock the bios for my Lenovo B51-80, to enable AHCI for my 850 Evo SSD. The current bios installed is InsydeH20 Rev. 5.0 (D7CN35WW (V3.08)), however there is no access to this setting, and I think it needs to be unlocked. Kind regards.

Asus TP410UA nvme support

Hi, i have an a asus TP410UAR and a samsung 970pro nvme  and it is not recognized by uefi and windows. 
I have the last bios, 306.
There is any way to support nvme drives or the m2 port it's only ahci (asus support says it is only sata)
My notebook: TP410UAR 8550u, 8gb onboard, 8gb crucial 2400, m2 micron 1100 256gb, sata 840 pro 512gb.

Hello.

I have a Samsung Sense Q36 laptop.
All Bios files are compressed and attached.

I want to unlock the Hidden Menu in Bios as it is.
In particular, I wonder if there are AHCI related settings.

I've got a Tablet-PC with broken Display. (HDMI to my Monitor/USB Hub for any other stuff)
Now i modded it with a big heatsink and fan.

Searched for any resistors to trick powerdraw measurement.

[Request] E5450/Harpertown support on AMI BIOS MLB1218 Motherboard

Hello Bios-Mods.  I'm requesting help on flashing a BIOS for my AMI BIOS motherboard MLB1218.  This motherboard came on a server that was passed down to me by a buddy of mine as he has no use for it anymore.  The server is an old Gateway E-9425R that came stock with a Xeon 5110.  Trying to give it dual Xeon 5450s but upon popping one in it states that it isn't supported by my BIOS.  The latest BIOS revision from Gateway's website (1.95) states that it added support for Harpertown release candidate (C0) but will still not work even when flashed to the latest revision.  

Both 5450s I've ordered are SLANQ which are noted as being C0 core stepping.  I've tried flashing the BIOS myself, had someone extremely helpful on another forum have their go at it with microcodes from 2015 where as mine were from 2010, and still no go.  Requesting help from anyone who has more experience than I as this is my last hope for getting these chips installed this motherboard before I downgrade them to something else.  

Many posts I see have CPU-Z CPU and Mobo pictures so I have supplied that too.

[Request]Lenovo V580 Battery check removal

Hi, I bought a third party battery for my V580. When booting up before windows 10 logo, it always shows "The battery installed is not supported by this systen and will not charge...". I checked battery model name from AIDA64 which is L11S6Y01, should fit with V580. So i assume there is a battery check whitelist. Please help me to remove whitelist (if there is one). Thank you so much.

This model owners issue is that the screen is locked at 48hz (which is too low for gaming laptop!) according to Lenovo, no fix will b apply (no bios update) after the latest one 3.03, so can we fix it if we unlock hidden menus ? (dunno what menus are there, but in ur experience can we ?)

hi. asus b250 mining expert support 19 card but it cant load up more than 14 gpu. this mean if you want 19 working gpu, you must have 14 any gpu and 5 asus p106-100 gpu. i know it's asus limitation. anyone can remove this limit? thanks

Today I need another white list remove for one HP G62
SP52604,board version 1425
Few tries but no luck,then remembered my old mod for another G62 but other board version.

Hello !

At June 2018 i've buyed a PCSpecialist laptop (Here complete specifications : https://www.pcspecialist.fr/configuratio...2UqsN!z2U/)

250 Go SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2, PCIe NVMe (jusqu'à 3400 Mo/R, 1500 Mo/W)
Clevo N870EJ1 based model
APITO 5 BIOS ! (12Mb eprom flash)

1) Try to unlock the bios via forced flashing (on windows) -> FAIL -> laptop bricked
2) Buying a spi programmer and try to flash the 12mb file on the chip -> FAIL, data disagreement (data difference between chip and fail)
3) Push my search far away -> it's appear to be missing serial number, mac adresse and other personnal data in the bios chip and in the bios file
4) Try to find how to add this information to my bios file : Nothing found about clevo.
5) Serial number and other information are writed on the mother board, i can give you pics.

So i've writed a mail to clevo and then ask me more than 600€ to change the mother board for a bios chip problem :| my bios chip is not damaged, i'm just wondering what i need to write on it to make my laptop boot again.

I don't have any bios backup, shame on me.

Anyone have a better solution ? Or know a way to push serial number and other information on the bios file ? i'll try to fash it and hope it will work.
Note : I'm ready to make a good donation to anyone help me to solve this issue, this laptop cost me more than 1080€ it's a beautiful brick now.

Never buy clevo, it's fully locked, bad sound system, bad screen, poor keyboard, that's why clevo computers are cheap ...
Note 2: I've already unlock an apito 4 bios to overclock my 4720HQ, it's worked with a cpu microcode downgrade, up to 4.4ghz now on a locked cpu, i was just wondering if i was able to unlock my 8700H.

My 4720HQ perform better on single core than my 8700H ... i really regret to buy this laptop ... only the 2 more core get me a better performance.. Intel kidding us.

Question : If i buy the exaclty same laptop and dump the bios with my spi programmer for flashing on my other laptop, can it work ?

Looking to get the Alienware 14 A10 Insyde bios unlocked to allow for more overclocking options (bclk, multiplier, voltages, power limits, etc). If possible, it would be great to unlock all missing features if the chip is large enough for it. I have manual flashing equipment so secure flash will not be an issue. Thanks in advance!

I found a old forum, but the link for the modified bios is dead.  Supposedly the TUSL2-C Bios has the Microcodes.
