SOLVED Samsung AMI BIOS Write-Protection

How can I get rid of this bios write protection? 
Model RV415-AD1BR, another thread had the bios unlocked but I can't flash it, so does anyone know?
I saw something on the motherboard that said RTC RST BIOS CRISIS, but I don't know how to make this work.

Ok, so a BIOS guru (genius239) helped me and I fixed this using some tools he made available. (AFUWIN)

[REQUEST] Gigabyte G41MT-ES2L unlock and cpu microcode update

Ok, so I had another MOBO which I got to add the microcodes myself, but this one I can't open it with any of the Award tools, it either opens and immediately closes the cmd prompt, or it just doesn't open at all. I would like to have it unlocked and cpu mcodes updated. I have a Xeon L5430 which is LGA771. I would like to at least try and overclock it up 100~200MHz, but this stock BIOS can't help me, it either only let's me overclock it about 30MHz or it simply resets the options to default when booting. I have a better cooler than before (around 15ºC less (idle) and 10ºC at 100% of difference in comparison with before) and I want to have a try.

Help on updating Bios on Samsung NP-R480-JT01CL (Solved)

Hello! I'm currently trying to update the BIOS on my laptop (NP-R480-JT01CL), as it appears to be an old version (09SZ), but the tools on the official pages of Samsung are not working, and even talking to customer service has proven unhelpful. While searching the web about the topic I have found that there were several updates, getting to the 12SZ for the NP-R480, as it is stated on another topic of this forum (https://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Thread-R...IOS-unlock). The same topic has a link to a BIOS file, but i'm still unsure if it is usable or even compatible with my model. 

Can I use that file as it is, following the tutorial on BIOS updates, or do I have to take other things in consideration?

EDIT:

Nevermind. I found a way to get the installer for the bios I wanted. Feel free to delete this thread, I couldn't find a way to do it myself. I apologize for that.

[REQUEST] MB-7580U Read-Only removal (WatchGuard XTM515)

Hi,

I want to re-use a WatchGuard XTM 515, but the BIOS options are all view only. I tried all AMIBCP versions I could get my hands on, but all Windows versions tell me they could not load the file. All DOS versions load the BIOS, but there are no items for the setup positions where I can change the read only configuration. So up to now, I am out of ideas. So please tip me some hints or take a look at the appended file.

There is another BIOS version for the MB-7580, but not the U and the version number and date is also different. Before bricking my board, I would modify the original BIOS to my exact device. I read the image by Amiflash.

Hi!
I know, vintage, but i want to insert cpu ucode to update MicronICS W6-Li motherboard bios to full support overdrive.
Is there anybody with enough knowledge to teach me how to do it?
Bios is Phoenix 4.05 or 4.06 core with bios latest revision -4.
Now motherboards works with bios rev.3 but sees PII ODP (SL3EA) as overdrive 75...
With rev4 ('97) hangs with error "power management not enabled on this type cpu"...and freezing.

Hi, I am new here...
I have the HP G62-a60EC and i tried to install new wifi module - but I can't cause of the wifi white-list.
notebooks serial: 4CZ02900XS
its product name: WQ289EA#AKB

Original wifi/BT installed was Ralink RT3090BC4 V20A
VEN: 1814 DEV: 3090
 
I am trying to install Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 (if I install it after BIOS check - then its working)

So after checking my BIOS and verifying with my motherboard manufacturer, I discovered my BIOS doesn't include a setting that would allow me to set the computer to boot up automatically at a set time every day. Is this something that can be added with a BIOS mod?
