I would like to have the bios for my Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E530 (type 325978U)  Serial # MP109DV laptop modded to delete the hardware white list.

My Intel Centrino N-2230 LAN card needs reset many times a day after dropping the connection. I have tried the normal routines to repair it, but nothing is working. Since I'm going to have to replace it, this would be a good time to go with a dual band instead of the current single band NIC.

I'm hoping to get a 6250 WiMax adapter, but am afraid the bios will reject it due to the whitelist.

The Bios is smbios bios H0ET32WW v 1.14

I just dumped my Bios using a CH341A programmer and a SOIC8 SOP8 test clip. The Bios chip is a MX25L6473E

Hopefully I dumped it right. I want to install a better wifi card.

The BIOS doesn't show advanced settings so AMD-V can't be used even if the processor (A10-7300) has capabilities, could some one help me to mod the BIOS to be able to activate virtualization?

In addition to whitelist if it was possible to have advanced menu
In this menu, there will be 'a chance' to turn off the graphics card intel? .. I would try to make a hackintosh

hello, i have Acer E1 - 451G which have A8 - 4500M CPU and multiple graphics card, HD7640G and HD8750M

i want to disable the integrated graphics (HD7640G) and use the HD8750M instead because it blocked me for installing the latest graphics driver, but the advanced tab in my bios is locked so i can't disable it, i want to unlock the advanced tab.

Hello.

I just bought a chinese Intel Core M tablet, the only problems I have are the chinese boot logo and the designed battery capacity.

I managed to modify the splash screen, but is it possible to change in the UEFI the Designed Battery Capacity? As the battery in my tablet is 33Wh, but the PC thinks it's 43Wh.

Hello! So I 'm using a Xeon E5440 on this mobo (MS-7360 Rev 2.0) with a modded BIOS by genius239239.
Can somebody add AHCI support to it? Or maybe there is an instruction for adding it so I can try by myself? I'd appreciate any responce!

Meine Yoga 2 13 brauchen 20 Sekunden, um das BIOS laden, dann sehe ich das Lenovo-Logo.

 In den ersten 20 Sekunden ist die Stromversorgung eingeschaltet, aber der Bildschirm ist schwarz.

i remove the battery, ac, and clear bios with soldering the batterie out. nothing helps.

I wanted to upgrade my cpu's laptop from the default i3 330m to an I5

I bought an I5 480m but even though it powered up there was only a black screen with the led of power constantly on

So i figured out that the i5 480m is not supported by the BIOS. I went back my original and everything was fine as before.


1) Is it possible to add microcode for this CPU?

2) What CPUs are supported by my BIOS?

There is a hidden menu from which i can enable AHCI. I am sure there must.

I would like to enable AHCI in order to have TRIM support for SSD.

Could you please help me?

There should be an Intel tab that has all of the advanced options.

Hey guys,

I have a Lenovo B50-45 and I can't install a new WLAN card because when I upgrade BIOS to allow for the whitelisted card, it throws errors and BSOD every time the computer sleeps.

I am on BIOS 1.15 and cannot upgrade to 2.01 to allow the new WLAN cards.  Need whitelisted removal of BIOS 1.15.

I got a  G41m-vs motherboard and i need a upgrade of my bios /  microcodes for the for  xeon E5440 cpu.

I dont understand microcodes and i would appreciate if someone could help me out adding microcodes to the bios. 

Im scared doin it my self because i dont wanna break my bios or pc.
