[question] whitelist removed bios apply?

Please inform moders how to apply [WL BIOS file] in which a whitelist is applied.

1. using hp usb disk storage tool. &
2. using unpack WL BIOS compressed file to USB.
3. rebooting -> dos booting -> 'flash' insert.

then, error happen!!.... what should I do? usb separate? Should a use new WL BIOS file from moder?
