[REQUEST] UNLOCK LENOVO Z460

Hi guys! I'm a newbie  
Please help me unlock my advance settings in bios. 

LENOVO Z460
Bios version: 29CN40WW (2.17)

I already tried the advice from forum threads relating to my laptop but can't seem to find an answer.
Please help me or at least point me to the right direction.

I'm worried I might brick my laptop.
