[REQUEST] IBM System x3400 M3 7379 & AES-NI

Hi people,

I have the same problem. My server is System x3400 M3 7379 with one Xeon E5606 processor. This processor support AES-NI.
I updated uEFI firmware but again the same problem occurs. In uEFI settings there is no option for AES-NI Enable/Disable.

i looked up the bios update on hp site and got this http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85501-86000/sp85538.exe

i am sure its not what i currently have

i am trying to install this wwan card to use with my t-mobile sim

yes i have read the read me first. i understand the risk, especially with HP laptops. i understand i may have a RSA signed bios (not sure if i do). yes i searched to see if there is already a whitelisted bios, i did not find a definate answer. yes, i donated $10 to the forum. any help will be appreciated.

Hi Bios-Modders,

I actually tried for 2 weeks to modify and flash this BIOS:

I need the new microcode for CPUID 306C3 which should be version 24.
"cpu306C3_plat32_ver00000024_2018-01-21_PRD_FCD4700E.bin"

No Tools will work and if I try to edit the .bin file by replacing the hex parts and start the flashing process by holding power + win + b (for 5 sek, then unleash power) I only get a black screen. If i try this will the original BIOS there no Problem and the flash process will begin...

I also asked HP but they say that have to discuss whether its updated or not..

Can anyone help me?

I'm looking for mod for Lenovo Thinkpad Edge 14 E40 0578, but I cannot find it or links to downloads are old and not active. I need someone to remove the whitelist and make my laptop to avoid checking battery at boot (cause I want to change it to different one and I'm afraid it won't work for this model).

Would be great if anyone had a time to care about this moddification Smile

I have an hp 3000mt with a core 2 duo e8400, I'm planning to upgrade to a core 2 quad q9300 but when I go to check for support, it is not supported by hp. Are there any existing bios that will make the cpu work even though hp don't have it on the supported list?

Hi, guys! Sorry for my bad english.

My name is Alexander. A month and a half fighting with the BIOS. I need to access the BIOS settings. Hackintosh. I want to do without the patch MSR. The IFR saw the item on / off MSR lock. And also change the graphics settings. Please help me. He failed 5 times already addressed in SC for flashing on the programmer after the experiments. Both NVRAM changed, and AMIBCP, and the SetupPrep module. In the IFR dump everything changes. After the firmware does not pass POST. Apparently sitting somewhere a Checksum validation. In one word-I in despair. Would be finances, I'd buy another PC. But, I live in DPR, Ukraine or Russia - it is unclear. Financial position have us the sad(. So option one is to defeat Dell. Acer Aspire Z1800: upgrading to Ivy bridge, update bios

I have a candy bar Aser Aspire z1800, CPU 1155 Sendy Bridge. Chipset H61express, motherboard INTEL H61 RTL8111D UMA.
I want to replace the CPU with the Ivy bridge, but BIOS 2011 certainly does not support Ivy Bridge.
I found other models of acer monoblocks with a similar motherboard (Veriton z2610g and Aspire Z1850), for them there is a BIOS from 2012 and according to my data there is support for Ivy.
I post here BIOS of these models.
Please tell me if I write down these BIOS is it possible to get Ivy support on my candy bar.

eu preciso do arquivo Clevo N850HK1 BIOS para que eu possa modificar um logotipo através do MMTOOL; Já removi a placa-mãe e gravei, mas o arquivo BIN que recebo, não tem LOGO, para que eu possa modificá-lo. Ela é da AMI.


Alguém pode me ajudar?

Hello everybody, I bought a used Acer predator triton 700 on ebay but it arrived with a bad and non original version of the BIOS that doesn`t allow me to install the drivers for the GTX 1080, can anybody tell me where to find the original BIOS and how to install it? please answer, I`m really desperate, If anybody can help quickly to fix it I can pay for that, It's really urgent
The version of BIOS on it is now V0.06wmi3
With this version Windows keeps crashing, and it's slow.. the drivers for gtx 1080 are not woroking, i tried nvidia and acer drivers.

I'm making this post because I need to remove the WWAN whitelist on my pc.
I've tried other posts, including this one:

My bios is Pheonix version 5FCN95WW version 3.1.

Sucede que necesito actualizar mi BIOS y no sé cómo puedo y no sé si realmente hay actualizaciones porque ya investigué y no salió nada. Afortunadamente voy a este grupo y publico esto para ver si me ayudan . o se arreglan instalando un mod? Huh Huh
