Hi.
I have a hp compaq 6005 pro microtower pc with bios 1.17, it have AMD Phenom II X3 B77 3.20ghz processor (Heka) which can be unlocked to 4 core cpu so can you please unlock advanced calibration clock (if possible) option in bios so i can unlock 4th core of my processor because i couldn't afford to buy a new cpu


here is the Bios file it is default 786g6 hp bios sorry for posting here i don't know where to post a default bios

Hi!
I want to see advanced option on my insydeh20 f14 rev2.8 BIOS. (specially graph setting and RAM limit)
Currently using windows 8.1 64bit. What i can do is to flash either f25 26 or 21 these 4 are supported by HP  Angry

Hey guys! new to the forum. If y'all can help that would be great!

sp77880.exe download for latest bios. 

I have been digging around on how to remove the white-list from a bios and I have ran across several ways. some of the tools I have tried using don't really load the ROM correctly. 

I am wanting to remove the white-list so I can test a eGPU build. I failed on my Alienware laptop bricking the bios and having to replace the mobo (go warranty).

Hello everyone!

I have with me a Lenovo T400 7417CTO with Bios version 7UET94WW (3.24). From my understanding, I think there is already a modded version of my BIOS according to this post: https://forums.mydigitallife.info/thread...post779313 

I actually went as far as booting into DOS (with the files provided in that post) but I was hesitant to run any commands. For one, I wasn't even sure who the manufacturer for the BIOS on my board is, that is, until I ran the Universal Bios Backup utility and I suppose it is showing up as a "Pheonix" as shown here:

I'm not sure whether or not to trust that this program picked up the correct BIOS manufacturer because regedit does not mention Phoenix anywhere, but it does say: BIOS Vendor: LENOVO. 

If someone can please confirm with me that the modded files included in that forum post are compatible with my laptop, that would be great! Also, I am also a newbie when it comes to flashing modded bios files, can someone also give me some instructions on what command specifically I need to run when I get to DOS? 

Much appreciated!

P.S: I would like to install an Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 Plus Bluetooth card and maybe it is also worth it to mention that I currently have this BIOS installed: https://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc...uj49u6.exe  (I noticed in the thread that they were using 7uuj49us, does this make a difference?)

First off, hello and thanks in advance to anyone that may be able to help me. I have been trying for days to get my laptop to not underclock below base clock when under load and i have been unsuccesful, not even modding the cooling has worked.

So i'd really appreciate it if someone could unlock my BIOS so i can access power management and overclocking options... i'd really like to disable thermal throttling if possible.

Arbor - Phoenix or Award BIOS Image Request

Hi,

This SBC (Single Board Computer) is made by Arbor comes with 256 MB on-board RAM with empty pads on PCB for upgrade. I added more memory modules to equal 512 MB, but the BIOS is producing continuous long beeps indicating System Memory error. I am told that the BIOS may be hard coded for 256 MB and the address range need to be extended to read 512 MB. Hence my effort to try and do exactly that.

BIOS: The holographic sticker reads "PhoenixBios E686 BIOS". However, the Setup Utility reads "Phoenix - AwardBIOS CMOS Setup Utility". So I am not sure if its Phoenix or Award BIOS.

If I can get a standard version of the BIOS Image, I can try to flash. I also have purchased a simple Flash memory reader and programmer, so I can have access to the Bin file if needed. I will backup using the flash reader, so I am not worried about bricking.

Any guidance/help is greatly appreciated.

[HELP] Supermicro X8DTi-F dead after BIOS updating

First and foremost: Please excuse me if I'm posting on the wrong area.

I've bought a couple of those boards from decomissioned systems for my personal use. Tried with a 56xx CPU, no boot. Both boards would boot only with a 55xx. Went to Supermicro site, downloaded the BIOS. Update went fine (no errors) but the board didn't boot after a reboot. Tried the CTRL + HOME key with renamed BIOS on a flash drive, no luck. How can I get the board back to life (and updated)?

I've been using the other board with a 5506, but those CPUs are very anemic (I've got two pairs of high-end Xeons to use on those).

FYI, both boards are on Rev 1.02.

Hello, I have a mobo Asrock B85 Pro4 and a dual core intel pentium g3250 cpu, a ssd kingston 60 gb and 2 SATA HDD's. When I try to install OS X SIERRA I get cpu thread 0 crash. On tonymacx86 site says that I need a patched BIOS to install OS X. Please help me, thank you.

I read a lot about the modification of BIOSes, but basically all of the links I found are dead.
Can someone help me with either
- a NWL BIOS 3.15 for Lenovo R500 (2733 series)
- the tools to unpack, uncompress, mod and properly repack the BIOS
