Hello! By chance, would anybody be able to unlock the Wake-On-Lan feature of this motherboard BIOS?

L5320 microcode for P5K-VM?

Hello
I am new for these kind of things, but willing to learn.
I bought Xeon L5320 LGA 771 and tried to install it to ASUS P5K-VM rev 1.02G motherboard, with adapter of course. Everything went well, except BIOS says there is no support for CPU. And it wont boot to windows (Win7 64bit). I´m not sure should it boot if there is no CPU support?
I tried to modify BIOS by MMTool and added some xeon microcodes from http://www.overclock.net/t/1431723/mod-l...xeon-cpus, but it didn´t help. Possibly there was no right microcode?
So if someone could direct me to right microcodes, then i might be able to update BIOS. Of course if someone would be so nice to make mod to me, then i would be very grateful Smile

[REQUEST]Sony Vaio EB2S1E Advanced BIOS

Hello!
I have a Sony Vaio VPC-EB2S1E notebook and I really want to have acces to all those hidden settings.

Can you guys help me unlock them? I tried by myself but I'm not doing so good. And I'm afaid to flash my "unlocked" bios rom and brick my laptop..

PS: Is there a way to unlock the iGPU? Although my procesor is a 1st gen i3, it has an integrated GPU, but blocked by Sony.

Noticed these lines in AMIBCP:
iGPU Digital Port B - Mode Muxed with dGPU
iGPU Digital Port C - Mode Muxed with dGPU
iGPU Digital Port D - Mode Muxed with dGPU

Hi,

I can only provide the informations from the bios screen as i have no idea where to get all the required files.

I am totally new to all this. I thought i can simply buy a wlan card and put it in... fail Sad

Would be great if someone could create such a mod, i would also pay some $ for it.

edit: resolved, was quite simple with donovans mod Smile simply downloaded the .zip, executed the .exe and thats it Smile

Hi people,
i'm new on this forum and not so-much-beginner in electronic.
I have a MOBO from AsRock named H61TM-ITX, it's really small coz it's created for All In One barebone chassis. Here the link:

the BIOS is a .50 file, and i would like to change boot logo with another one. I tried to learn some CBROM198.EXE commands, but doesnt work, maybe the bios isnt an AMI !
So, i'm beginner in modding ROM, but i know ms dos and so forth, so can you help me? suggestions? in your Download Page there are a lot of software, i don't know exactly what to use and how. Huh

Hello

I'm live in Poland, so my English can not be very good. Smile
I have a problem with my laptop Fujitsu Lifebook AH531/GFO (with 2 graphic cards). In this laptop originally there is installed Wifi modem. I have bought the modem Wifi/Wwan/GPS/Bluetoth Option GTM671WFS with SIM card slot. I have mounted this new modem into laptop and the laptop does not swith on. It shows, that Bios in my laptop has this modem blocked on the white list. So I'm looking for Bios for my laptop with whitelist removed. Can You help me?

Hi i'm looking for a mod bios to my pc.

My pc have a insyde H20 1.30 bios

I had tried 1st debug the bios but the "Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit 2.0" (run as admin) give me a error message "can not identify the bios!". 2nd i try to use the file bios.fd (finded in the bios install file provided by toshiba) on python and EzH2O 2.1.0.13 but them don't recognize the file...

I want full acess to advanced menus.

Anyone can help me?

Hi I need advice and help.

Recently I was updating/Flashing BIOS for newer A09 Bios firmware for my M15x Alienware with Phoenix Bios chip.

Unfortunately during that process I tripped over the cable removing him from socket (yea I forget to check battery and it wasn't proper attached),

and like you all assume it brick bios - I was searching all over and I find couple of guides how to un-brick bios but it seams that none of them work.



Symptoms:

after putting power cable and turning on laptop all lights lit up, fans running fast then slows down but constantly run, hdd lights blink couple of times and stops, Scroll & num lock lights blinking constantly caps lock light lit all the time, after couple of sec. laptop gives two loud bips, keyboard at first not response but after while some of keys apter pressing generating bips and that's all.

I followed many guides how to un-brick bios - i have 2gb memory stick & created crisis boot bios disk using wincrisis.1.0.0.4 still nada.

Please help.
