Not so much a request, as me posting what I've done. I attempted to unlock this Phoenix BIOS myself, and feel I did fine, but I'm a complete unknown so it's not really "Confirmed".
It does work on my laptop though.
Manufacturer Name: Acer
Product Name: Aspire 5516
System Bios Version V1.10
SLIC: "Complete SLIC (2.1) (LENOVOTC-5M LTP) in ACPI03.ROM (x1)"
Unlocked a hidden "Debug" menu (which itself seemed worthless), and relinked it to an unused advanced menu.

Heads up, some options may show up more then once. Network boot, for example, shows up under both the "Main" and "Extra" tab.
There are also some settings that can break video output. I hit one myself, but was able to blindly load BIOS defaults and fix it.
