[REQUEST] Dell Inspiron 17r (N7110)

Can some please help to unlock the features for Dell Inspiron 17r (N7110). The latest revision of the BIOS is A13 and can be found at;

I would really like to be able to WOL or at a minimum power on the laptop via an USB input device. The hardware should be capable. There are no power management tools in the current BIOS. I believe the onboard NIC is being powered down when the laptop is off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
