unlock my vgn-fe28b bios for ssd and virtualization

i'm french user

i have a laptop sony vaio vgn-fe28b since october 2006

this is a good pc

but i recently bought a ssd disk drive but in the bios i haven't the controller disk drive menu in order to tuning the controller disk drive in ahci

i think i should set ahci for my ssd

how can i do in order to do this ?

i am newbie on the flashing bios

i recently flash my bios with the version R0174J3 :

and the second point is the virtualization...

how can i do in order to unlock the virtualization menu ?
