bios mod to change fan speed

I have a request but not the typical request around here, i have an ex485 which i upgraded the cpu however it heats up to fast and shuts down while the fans dont really speed up to prevent this, i looked through the bios however it is kind of basic and doesnt allow me to alter the speeds/temperature, could someone explain to me how to do this and possibly change it for me?
