Acer E5-571-56UQ , doesn't recognize the hard drive, it can't boot the HD

Hi,
Acer E5-571-56UQ without dvd-r, I cant access to the bios pressing F2.
When turn on the laptop, shows the acer logo then after few minutes show the message.
Message:default boot device missing or boot failed.
