Lenovo Flex 2 14 whitelist removal request

Hi, can anyone help me. I have Lenovo Flex 2 14" laptop and i want use another wlan card. I did read forums about early generation Flex bios questions, do i need also hardware programming (external programmer) or moded bios can be flashed normally by windows. Do i need upload bios copy from laptop or moded version can be made from lenovo support site bios update ?
