Hello, can anyone help me with a modded bios for Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3R ?

i really cant find a bios from another identical card that is working with Xeon... even more, they all think i-m an idiot, tryng to put a xeon on 775![Smile]( "Smile")
i cant make screenshots eyther... i cant install any OS...
Now it-s an Xeon E5440 SLBBJ on it.... and with a modded bios from internet its reacting pretty bad.
sometimes freezing right after power on, with the logo image...
sometimes cant go in bios settings, de Delete buton its not doing anithing..
when its finally working, when i install 7, it freezes right in the end, after instalation, at the Starting windows screen
when installing 8, i have an error of "corupted system files... " or something like that
can someone help me to find the right bios, pls ?
