What is the best but cheap HW Programmer Flash?

Hi All,

I currently have two laptops I need to flash - Lenovo T430s and Lenovo W530.

From what I learned, I need to have a HW Flash programmer (which I know NOTHING about) in order to flash it so I can use other minipcie wLAN.

Can someone give me an idea or even a link for the best but cheap device that can do this?

I tried checking ebay and I got lost as I don't want to waste money buying the wrong thing.
