K53E Bios backup needed for SPI Programmer

Hello,
Down´t know exactly where to write this, move it if I made a mistake.

I messed up with a spi programmer and now I need a backup of the bios flash (W25Q32), if there is someone that have a backup or can make it I will appreciate it.

Original file doesn´t work for direct write with a programmer, maybe there is any way to modify the original binary file, someone knows something about this?
Asus K53E wit an K53SD board. AMI bios I think.
