[REQUEST] Gateway MT6706 Whitelist Removal

I've been reading that Gateway's are not supposed to have a Whitelist, can someone check this BIOS to see if it has one?
I'm trying to swap a mPCIe RealTek 802.11g for a Intel 5100 802.11n and I keep getting the error "Device Can Not Start (Code 10)"
