Request: Whitelist removal Lenovo Edge Type 0197-27U

I need help. I cannot find anything on this forum (with valid links) nor anywhere else on the internet to cure my Error 1802 code.

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge Type 0197-27U and it's irritating to not find one WiFi card that works. I have 4 and none seem to make it happy, regardless that 3 of them came out of fairly new Lenovo ThinkPads.

Anyways, this is all that I have, I'm new to this and don't know what information (or files) I need to provide.

Attempting to install an Intel WiFi Link 5100 card to no avail. I really would appreciate any help that someone can give me.
