Cant flash insyde BIOS

Hi,
I have an unlocked Vaio R0200E5.rom bios that i cant flash. I have tried flashing in DOS but i just get the "Error: IHISI 15h Fail" error. I cant find any flashing tool that will work within windows 8.
Can anyone help me with this?
