Maximum Frequency on my laptop is 1.19Hz on Window and 1.2Hz on Linux but my CPU is 2.7Hz (Intel® Core i7-3820QM CPU @ 2.70GHz, 2701 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)) . So i need to unlock it.
