optiplex 380

I have an OptiPlex 380 with a Phoenix bios that has SLIC 2.1, So no problem with win7. I need to get an OptiPlex without SLIC 2.1 updated. Is there a way to make use of the SLIC 2.1 bios to update the other? If not here is the info needed to do a mod.
