hi all this my first post i was hopping that it will not be a help question but im stuck

i got a unknown motherboard with onboard via eden 4000 processor and via chipset !

no name no brand no serial number its tiny atx board and gpu is dead bassicaly i wanted to do a mod since its motherboard for a machine not a computer and there is a unknown connector for com ports they put all comports in one that looks like ide connector
so i needed the datasheet or something to see how it works and how todo my mods
since the new motherboard i have got seprate comports !!!

so i did some researchs no luck finding anything regarding that motherboard

so, i was thinking since im in the hardware part and i didnt find nothing why not reading the bios plcc32 and dumping the bin with a programmer and try to see if there is some information inside maybe the name of the board a serial number something that i can stick with ,to do my researchs !! my only way

so the plcc ic was branded with holographic sticker that say phoenix bios 1984-2004
so basicaly its phoenix bios when i tried to open it with phoenix bios editor or something always says no bcps found !! i extract string from the bin and i found that it has modules for lcdrom.bin P076-A.bin and other stuff so its compressed i tried to decompress using all stuff i found in internet and no luck searched a bit but no luck i guess im not that good since im a electronics tech !!! ida hexray is to heavy for me and need more time to dissasemble the bin and try to find any interresting strings inside it !!! so first thing sorry for my bad english itsnt my native language and secondly im i doing this wrong or write ?
and third thing here is the bios bin so if you gentlemen can help
