Bios update Asus V3-M2NC61P to M2N-MX SE Plus

Hi all, how i can force update bios from V3-M2NC61P to M2N-MX SE Plus motherboard? i know its a same motherboard but have diferente bios.
The principal diference is on Dual Channel mode.
