hi i am new to overclocking and this forum what i would like to find out is if anyone knows if there is a bios update for American mega-trends bios ver 2.61 bios date 2007 and if you can tell me what these setting can be set at (ht pll control) #1 vco_mode #2 vco_ref #3 cal_ref # 4pll_ctl #5 lf_mode-a and b #6cp-and b #7 overclock #8 ipllbias tried other forums but some said they never seen those setting this is a lenovo desktop AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ / 2.1 GHz code name brisbane its the one with the Olympic symbols
