Bios unlock request for overclocking HP

Hello,

I am using an HP Notebook - 15-ba040ca (Touch) (ENERGY STAR).
AMD A10-9600P RADEON R5, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G
Bios is F.36 Rev.A file name: sp100947.exe

I have searched this site for all previous versions of this software in an unlocked format and have only found requests with no answers. 
Please help us HP slaves defeat our captors oh brave computer knight!
