Files saved in modbin won't open again

I'm having a go at making a few simple changes to the BIOS setup page using modbin62.04.03 and the saved file crashes modbin again when I try to open it.

Even just opening the bios file and saving to a new file crashes on open, so I can't trust it to try a flash.

Using Win7 x64 and latest modbin, is there another trick to save file successfully? The original bois opens, I can navigate, make changes etc, but any saved file crashes modbin on open.

Original is _12 and saved is _99 in the attached files

Any help appreciated.
