Lenovo Twist s230u whitelist removal help

Hey guys have the Lenovo Twist s230u type 3347-4HU
bios version is gdeta3ww 1.63

unfortunately you have to install it, and then in the install folder you will find the bios file i believe it is $0AGD000.FL1 its about 12-13 megs. i tried with some of the tools on this site to mess with and no luck :-(

i bought a new wifi card, and the bios wont let me boot, so its locked to the card thats currently installed in it, the info i got about the current card is

PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4359&SUBSYS_060714E4&REV_00

dont kno the new cards info but its a intel wifi 7260

any help would be appreciated, if you need the hardware ID of the new card please let me know ill try my best to find it.
