Toshiba Satellite P300-161 video replace

Hi, on my Toshiba laptop Video Card -ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3470 has gone. Purchesed from eBay ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 3650 , but laptop turns on, starting OS, but no display. Is it possible to unlock BIOS to support new card.
